A grandfathered plan is a plan that continues to offer the same benefits as those offered prior to or on March 23, 2010.

If a grandfathered plan still continues to exist, and you wish to enroll in the plan after March 23, 2010, you are still enrolled in a grandfathered plan.

Halloween Health and Safety Tips!
